WeChat mini program
We build merchants their own WeChat mini program
Zhangkeyun builds every contracted merchant a WeChat mini program of their own. The store registers the mini program under its own company entity and authorises it to us; the development, code upload, review submission, release and every later version update are then done by us. Inside that mini program guests claim vouchers, book technicians, check their cards and pay by scanning a code.
WeChat mini program
One mini program per merchant, built by Zhangkeyun
The name, icon and company entity all stay the store's own, so guests find the store's own brand in WeChat search. Development, release, upgrades and maintenance are our job — the store needs no technical staff. Stores that have not registered a mini program yet can trade on the shared platform mini program first and move to their own once it is approved.
- One per store
We build the store its own mini program
The store registers and verifies its own mini program under its company entity, then authorises it to the Zhangkeyun third-party platform by scanning a code. From there we build it: upload the code, submit it for WeChat review and publish it, and roll out every later feature upgrade as a new version. The name, icon and description all stay the store's own brand, and guests can find it in WeChat search.
- The mini program name and brand belong to the store
- Development, release, upgrades and maintenance done by us
- Authorisation can be revoked any time; we then stop publishing updates
- Interim option
No mini program yet? Start on the platform one
Registering a mini program and passing WeChat verification needs a company entity and a few working days. In the meantime the store can trade on Zhangkeyun's shared platform mini program: guests scan the store QR code to enter and the code tells us which store they are in. Once your own mini program is approved, authorise it to us and switch over — members, cards and vouchers carry over as they are.
- Open for business the day the contract is signed
- Scan the store code; the data stays within that store
- Switch over once your own mini program is ready, nothing to redo
Whatever guests can do themselves, they no longer queue for
Member code and cards
Guests show the code on arrival and the front desk scans it to identify them. Stored-value, package, discount and points cards all sit in the card wallet with balances and remaining uses.
Voucher centre
Guests claim the store's vouchers themselves and see the expiry dates, so the front desk no longer hands them out one by one.
Points mall
Points earned from spending can be redeemed for goods or discounts, with a full ledger of how they were earned and spent.
Online booking
Guests pick the store, the time and the technician. Clashing slots are blocked on the spot, and the front desk and bell room see it at once.
Scan to order
Scan the room code or the wristband code to order. The menu is configured by the store, and the order lands directly on the front desk ticket.
Self-checkout
Guests pay on their own phone. If one card is short, several cards can be combined, each verified with its own password.
Spending history
What was ordered, how much it cost and which card paid for it — every ticket can be checked again later.
Multi-store switching
Guests of a chain switch stores inside the mini program; cards and vouchers follow each store's own rules.
How we get your mini program built
Five steps. The store scans one code in WeChat; we take care of the development and the release.
Step 1
Register and verify your mini program
Register a mini program under your company entity on the WeChat Official Accounts Platform and complete WeChat verification. If you already have one, start at step 2.
Step 2
Start the authorisation from the merchant portal
Sign in to the Zhangkeyun merchant portal, open the WeChat mini program page and click "Authorise my mini program". The system generates a WeChat authorisation link valid for 10 minutes.
Step 3
The administrator scans and confirms the scopes
Scan the code with the WeChat account of the mini program administrator, tick the scopes to grant and confirm. The whole authorisation happens inside WeChat — we never see your mini program account or password.
Step 4
We develop and publish it for you
Zhangkeyun configures the mini program to your brand, uploads the code, submits it for WeChat review and publishes it. No technical staff needed on your side.
Step 5
Run it yourself from the portal
Store details, menus, vouchers and campaigns are all configured in the merchant portal, and changes reach guests immediately.
What we do with the scopes you grant
Every scope maps to one concrete feature in the mini program. We do not request scopes we have no use for, and we never use a store's authorisation for anything outside that store's own business.
- 01
Mini program sign-in and phone number
To identify which member is visiting and link the store's membership cards. Used only for member identification in that store, nothing else.
- 02
Mini program code generation
To generate store codes, room codes, wristband codes and campaign voucher codes so a scan lands the guest on the right page of the right store.
- 03
Development management and releases
To configure the mini program for the store, upload code, submit it for review and publish it, and to roll out version upgrades.
- 04
Reading basic account info
To read the authorised mini program's name, avatar and company entity and show them in the merchant portal, so the store can confirm which mini program is connected.
- 05
Refreshing authorisation credentials
To refresh the authorisation credentials on WeChat's schedule so the service is not interrupted. Credentials stay on the server and are never returned by any API.
Authorisation and data security
Revoke the authorisation any time
Cancel it under "Authorisation management" on the WeChat Official Accounts Platform, or click "Unbind" in the Zhangkeyun merchant portal. The store falls back to the shared platform mini program and trading carries on.
Credentials never reach the browser
Third-party platform secrets are injected as server-side configuration and authorisation credentials are stored encrypted. They never leave the gateway, never reach the browser, and no API returns them.
Data serves that merchant only
Members, orders and vouchers in the mini program are used only within the authorising store's own business. Data is never shared between merchants.
Encrypted end to end
HTTPS between the mini program and our servers throughout, and role-based access in the portal so the store decides who sees what.
