Three things you can't write unless you've worked the floor
A turn he lost is a turn we still owe him
His turn comes up, but the room is still in cooldown, he's on a break, he has a booking coming, or a guest requested someone else and skipped past him. Each of those books him a virtual turn, and he moves back to the front next time round. He sees the count on his own phone, so the front desk's notebook can go, and nobody argues at month end about why someone else got eight sessions and he got five.
Your rotation rules, moved in as they are
Does a requested session move his card? Does an extension count as a turn? Do overtime sessions run on their own switches, and does any of that change the end-of-day reshuffle? Around twenty switches, ticked the way your store has always done it. The reshuffle adds nine stackable rules — yesterday's tail card leads today, fewest sessions goes first, men's and women's queues sorted apart. If a therapist disagrees, show them the settings.
Every commission line shows its arithmetic
"398 × 12% = 47.76". The moment commission is written, the rule's parameters as they stood are pinned to that record. Change the rotation rate from 10 to 8 on the 3rd and the session from the 1st is still calculated — and still displayed — at 10. Who changed it, when, and the config before and after are all kept. When a therapist asks, pull up that line; the arithmetic is right on it.
